Not only can we offer two new medium format films to you, we are also happy to announce that we could lower the prices of all existing Lomography films! No more worries that the medium film could be unavailable or too expensive one day! The new prices apply with your next order.
Return of Defective Items
Please collect defective items and return them to us on a regular basis (e.g. every 3-6 months).
Return procedure:
1. Fill out the defect report excel-sheet and send it to us via e-mail
2. Send us the defective items (without packaging) to our warehouse in HUNGARY (c/o Lomographische AG!) with a print-out of the excel list.
Exception: Premium products (Lomo LC-A + lenses, Lubitel, Horizon) have to be sent to Vienna
3. After receiving the returned items we will issue a credit note
