You will see the horse icon, which is a Japanese symbol of long distance journeys and therefore signals power, luck and safety. The idea is that all who possess the Tokyo Rising will keep it for posterity and that they and the camera will see and experience much together in the long years ahead. To reinforce this, see the Japanese script or the Shogi (chess piece) written on the Diana, which translates to "Hidari-Uma" and means "carry all before it". |
