For the MULTILENS book we want the best shots ever taken with either the ActionSampler, ActionSampler Flash, SuperSampler, Pop 9 or Oktomat. Surely we have lots of images stored here in the Lomographic World Archive. However, that’s nothing compared to what’s out there. We know that you have this amazing shot stored somewhere in a shoebox under your bed or on your LomoHome, and we absolutely need this shot to be featured in the book for the whole world to see! The result will be a book stuffed with hundreds of the best multilens images ever and it will bring us joy and happiness for the rest of our lives.
Deadline for all submissions: Friday 23rd of May!

You probably know the Holga book and the Fisheye book. And you’ll surely get to know the Colorsplash Chakra book and the BIG LOMO LC-A book in the next few months (we are really working hard to get them released soon)! What do those books have in common?
- They are books about Lomographic cameras,
- they boast hundreds of images, very essential information plus a wide range of tips and tricks and
- all the featured images were collected during online rumbles and come straight from the worldwide Lomographic community
To get in the mood for contributing your images to this rumble, go and inspect previous books that we published with the intergalactic power of the lomographic community.

Those multilens beasts are just perfect for catching small sequences of life. Whether you prefer the 4-lens ActionSampler or SuperSampler, 8-lens Oktomat or the patterns of the Pop 9; the resulting images sparkle with action and capture what no other camera is able to. You know this “zzzZZZzzzz” from your multilens-buddy; these are the magic moments. It’s the time in-between 0.1 and 2.5 seconds when your camera records a sequence of life! It stands to reason that there’s mostly a story behind each picture. Be it your sis jumping in the air, the dog biting your leg or grandma Franziska asking you “what the hell is this thing?” Tell us the story behind your shot! The upload field offers space up to 500 characters for your prose and we can’t wait to see what the hell you’re taking pictures of. The best stories get selected, featured in the book and are rewarded with an extra of 20 piggy points! |
