We love competitions because they keep things exciting and creative on Lomography.com. That’s why we host so many diverse competitions and get involved in groovy collaborations. Your creativity is rewarded with amazing prizes, Piggy Points* and Lomography awards with which to decorate your Lomohomes. But with so many swell competitions and rumbles going down on Lomography.com we know it can be hard to keep up with the excitement. So we’ve decided to make things easier for you by creating a Magazine section devoted to Competitions! Yes, all rumbles, competitions and missions will be announced, listed, and updated in Competitions from now on. You need never miss a deadline again!

There’s more! As you will have noticed we have been constantly testing and adding new features to our labour of love beta.lomography.com. Recently we have added a Locations Map where you can personally mark your place in the world.

The Competitions section represents the next wave in our Beta progress. Previously you always had to upload your images to enter rumbles. Now, for certain competitions, you can just transfer them directly from the images already uploaded on your beta.lomography.com LomoHome! Easy or what?!

Picture This! New Online Competition

The idea is simple – Every week, we will post a quote, a song lyric, a line from a storybook or something similar, and you are invited to submit one photo which best describes the meaning. The overall winner will receive a princely 10 Piggies and a Picture This award on their LomoHome. Enter the first Picture This! contest now!
