Lomographic Golden Rule #1
"Take your Camera Everywhere You Go." Out of all the tips, tricks, guidelines, rules, and royal decrees, this is easily the most important. Without your precious Lomographic camera at your side, you can't capture all of the incredible, spicy, unexpected, and absolutely unpredictable events and subjects that cross your path on a daily basis. Lomography is not an interference in your life - but a part of it - and like all of your other parts (hands, feet, head, eyes, etc.) it needs to be physically attached to your body at all times.
Hmm, how to ensure that your Lomographic camera is always at hand? Unfortunately, surgery is an expensive and fairly complicated solution to this dilemma. Super glue, duct tape, industrial-strength staples, and large rubber bands have also proved to be problematic and profoundly uncomfortable. But worry no more: we have the perfect solution for you.
Back in 2002, we introduced a new Lomographic bag concept with the name, "Sidekick." Like a Robin to your Batman, a Sancho to your Don Quixote, or a Flav to your Chuck D, the Sidekick Bag is the perfect companion for all of your daily adventures. Designed as two independent parts that can be worn together or separately, the Sidekick performs the double-duty of (1) keeping your all-important Lomographic cameras at a finger's reach and (2) efficiently transporting all of your crucial daily items. When everything fits so conveniently around your shoulder, taking your camera everywhere becomes second nature.
The original Sidekick proved to be a massive hit within and beyond the Community of Lomographers - so much so that we've commissioned a re-design of the original pattern. The new bags before you are now crafted in a beautiful cotton canvas, available in two sizes, and cast in two gorgeous color schemes. If you own an original Sidekick, or you're new the world of this Lomographic Lifestyle carry-all, then read on for more juicy details.

2-in-1 Modular Design
Like its predecessor, the Sidekick Canvas features a 2-in-1 design. A small Camera Bag on the front clips to a Large Bag in the back. The Camera bag stores one or more Lomographic cameras with lighting-fast access via a velcro flap closure. A small internal pouch holds credit cards, business cards, and cold cash. The Large Bag holds all of your daily essentials and offers a bottom exterior storage flap and an interior zip pocket.
Depending on your particular needs, these items can be worn together or separately - just affix the large adjustable shoulder strap as needed. Dancing the night away or merely crying at the discotheque? Take along the Camera Bag. Going to that dead-serious conference on avant garde architecture? Grab the Large Bag. Planning a full day of full-on urban hiking? Take both of them together.
