Lomography presents Lomography at Centre Pompidou – Paris
Within the halls of Paris's famous Centre Pompidou museum, Lomography presented itself for the first time as a comprehensive whole. Thousands of visitors were treated to 25 action-packed meters of LomoWalls, a grand overview of the hard facts, and a unique insight into the secret and addictive (yet totally legal) world of Lomography.

Photokina - Cologne

LomoWall at South Bank Centre - London
A lomographic project realized by the London Embassy ladies. Commissioned to celebrate the Poetry International Festival 2006; a 14-meter LomoWall - composed of 4000 Lomos taken by the local residents of Lower Marsh - was erected on October 24th 2006 on the riverside at The Royal Festival Hall at the South Bank Centre.

The Dalek Supersampler Launch
Held at the beautiful Yoyamart boutique, this absolutely bananas party celebrated the launch of the limited-edition Dalek Supersampler. The man himself was on hand to sign cameras and books, the free beer flowed quite freely, and the entire crowd was rocked by the Midwestern hip-hop stylings of Leslie and the Ly's. Way on the other side of the pond (and across a bit of land too), a Dalek launch gala was also held at Colette in Paris.

Lomo Orgullo - Madrid
The Embassy Madrid challenged the Lomographers as usual in a nifty competition during the Orgullo Gay Parade.

Lomography Embassy Opening - Porto
The restless Lisbon Embassy is offering projects to Lomographers across all of Portugal. They have now opened another embassy in Porto. Check out their numerous competition projects and fabulous parties in Lisbon too!

Differ-Range Exhibition - Bangkok
Analog Memory - a group of familiar Lomographers since their FLOUR exhibition at Khaosan Road last August, now returned with "DIFFER-RANGE," a collection of Lomographic images for our present space and time. And believe us, their range is quite different.

Lomography Summer at Artazart - Paris
The Grandes Dames of Analog counter-attack - Holga and LC-A! Our Paris embassy conducted workshops that drew in crowds of film hungry Lomographers to compete for the summer trophy: the first LC-A + cameras in France. The results were shown in our favourite bookshop - the Artazart gallery.

Australian Ambassador Karen moved her Lomography shop to another location and invited everyone to party.

Camera Byori Exhibition - Tokyo
Following a 30-page special feature on Lomography and the new LC-A+, the Japanese photographic magazine "Camera Biyori" presented an LC-A+ photo exhibition at the Aoyama Book Center in Tokyo. All photos were captured by Camera-Byori readers.

Lomo Mini Meets - Newcastle & London
The Lomo Mini Meets events were called twice this year to reinforce the continuation of the Lomography analogue/plastic revolution in the UK. Ambassador Helen Errington describes: "We are wild, strong growing and we want more ! Nothing will stop us, we are part of the dream machine team - always ready, waiting with our fingers ready on that shiny button!"

Lomography Football Challenge - Berlin
Of course there was some football this year too. Whoever was still not tired of green fields, of singing mobs and screaming colours, had the chance: 1:0 for Lomography! The football world through the fisheye's ultra wide 170° lens. A LomoWall presented the work during a LomoParty at the Gallerie Shop in Berlin.
