Deep in the bazaars of Cairo, there lies a small silversmith and metal-working shop. During a recent visit, we happened upon this charming establishment. After a round of delicious tea, our eyes rested upon a beautiful minature scene rendered in copper. Amazed, we placed an LC-A into the silversmith's hands and asked if he could create a custom metal wrapping for our beloved Lomo - with the exact motif before our eyes. Oh yes, he could!
Exactly 50 pieces of this singular masterpiece have been produced. Each copper wrapping is precisely detailed with enamel paint. It's then carefully installed around the sensual curves of a Refubished Lomo LC-A. Each camera includes a two-year warranty & the full contents of our usual standard package.

The camera's front shows Horus, the eternal God of the Sky who is usually depicted in the form of a falcon. The Pharaoh was considered to be the living Horus - a human manifestation of the immortal God on Earth. The camera's rear shows a meeting between Hathor, Nebthet, and Nefertari. As the Goddess of music, art, and beauty, Hathor was worshipped by her dedicated followers with cermonies of song and dance. Nebthet, as the Goddess of magic, mystery, and the underworld was greatly respected and feared for her power. And Nefertari - the favorite wife of Pharaoh Rameses II, was considered a "force behind the throne" and one of the most influential women of the ancient world.
