Matthias Fiegl, Lomographic World President: When I went down to our Lomographic warehouse in Vienna a couple of weeks ago I saw Andreas Löw, the boss of the place, playing around with an old sample of a Horizon camera which a Lomographic camera-truffle-swine brought to Vienna long time ago. He said "wow, with this camera I get more for less, I do not need to turn my head anymore to see from door to door, from car to key, from Roman to Jörgi, from the SuperSampler palette to the World of Lomography Box stack, from Grammatneusiedel to Gumpoldskirchen, it’s the camera lens which moves for me and packs everything interesting and important into one picture properly!" "Andreas", I said to him, "it looks like an important solution for both of us, for our daily need not to lose control and the overview! We need to speak about this to our millions of Lomographic friends out there, but first, let's test the real quality of the camera on the basis of some regular average hard business days. I have to do a little business trip this week, so I will take the Horizon camera with me and we will see the results." |
So please, Lomographers consider yourself personally invited to have a look to my little Horizon test shot diary, judge the cameras for yourself, and my ability never to lose the overhand in any situation. Cheers, Matthias Fiegl World President of the Lomographic Society : PS. Now it is Andreas Löw's turn to test the camera in his real life situations! We are daring to see the results soon! PPS.
